The Blood Shed
The Blood Shed is an installation design piece conceptualized and developed by Victor Shemper. The work consists of a prototype model of the installation as well as a graphic design book breaking down the conflict addressed in the work. The model utilizes a simple drip system in the back as well as a magnetic motor that rotates the metal ball. concept and physical model built by victor shemper

This work would be displayed for a period of two weeks. Each night before closing the piece will be hosed down, and the following morning the drip will begin again, layering over the stains from the previous days.
The conceptual objective of this piece was to illustrate the lasting impact of genocide on history
and the family’s tethered to it. Through the book, Victor was able to break down his personal familial link to genocide and the impact blood shed has had on his family.
